1.When will I receive my purchase?
We will mail you a download url or the zip files,if you do not here from us
within 48hrs please email us with your order details.We work Mondays to Fridays
and operate on Uk Time Zone.
2.I received my zip file but the file is corrupt.
Email us your order details and we will replace the file within 24 hrs
3.I'm not entirely Satisfied with the product.
All our products are explained in depth on their information pages , therefore
we do not give refunds .
4.I wish to purchase several Items , will i get a discount?
YES ,all you need to do is email the list of items you wish to purchase and
we will send you a special payment link.
5.It's been over 48hrs and i've heard nothing about my purchase?
This is possibly due to email problems , or we are closed for a short time,
email us again or ring our customer service line and leave your details we
will try to resolve any issues immediatly.
